The Samsung GT-i9300, believed to be the upcoming Galaxy S III, has apparently shown up for WiFi certification. The model number appeared on Samsung’s support site at the end of last month but it was deleted after a short while, a sign that Samsung wants to keep something secret about this phone.

NEC has recently unveiled its new super-thin Android phone MEDIAS ES N-05 D with only 6.7mm thickness. Coming via Japan’s biggest mobile carrier NTT Docomo, the phone will also come with some impressive specs, such as Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, waterproof body, as well as a 4.3-inch LCD with 720x1280 resolution.

A new budget device LG E400 Optimus L3 has recently appeared on Swedish retailer CDON. The device apparently runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with LG’s Optimus user interface and it comes with a 3.2-inch screen, unfortunately with a QVGA (320x240) display.
